At Elite Supported Living, our priorities are all based on progression, development and providing continuous support. For this very reason, our recruitment policy revolves around extensive training and plans for personal development. As a member of staff, you will constantly be encouraged to attempt some management tasks and given opportunities to develop high-level skills and responsibilities such as the records/reports proficiency. frontline support workers for instance - we encourage the completion of some management-focused courses, most are on the job work experience while others are course completions and graded tests in-house.
